Position Summary

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Store Development & Facilities, this professional will play a key role by providing operational support to the department. Additionally, this professional will also be responsible for maintaining construction schedules, assisting in construction invoicing review, and processing and tracking warranty repairs to completion. We welcome millions of customers into our stores every year and it is this department’s responsibility to ensure we create a safe, welcoming, and Brand appropriate environment for both our customers and our teammates.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

•    Assist the procurement of mannequins, props, & hangers bulk buy
•    Assist in the creation of project estimates/budgets
•    Setup and maintain database (Atlas) records for projects
•    Setup new vendors in UA/ Ariba platforms, as needed
•    Assist in the creation of bid packages and process GC bids and contracts/ BPOs/ etc. with Procurement
•    Assist in the management of all GC contracts
•    Write POs for quotes received for projects
•    Ensure Utility Checklist is provided to REO team for creation in system
•    Ensure fixture/ mannequin/ props/ hanger orders are submitted, the in-store date is communicated to the vendor and delivery is completed on-time 
•    Review Construction Checklist at the completion of construction and address outstanding items
•    Maintain NSO Budget tracker and present to FP&A monthly on all accruals
•    Invoice review and submission to Sr. Manager for approval
•    Recapture Fixture Matrix from GC at the completion of each delivery phase to confirm any missing/damaged items and resolve accordingly
•    Assist communication/reimbursement for damaged deliveries from the logistics provider
•    Manage all store-reported warranty issues through the Service Channel platform and ensure resolution with GC/vendors
•    Assist Tenant Allowance recapture
•    Assist project closeout with contractors including submission of change orders

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

•    Travel as necessary
•    Availability during the project, including nights / weekends

Education And / Or Experience

•    Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in construction, facilities, and or project management or 6 years related experience with no degree
•    High level of proficiency/working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Software
•    Work in a team environment promoting both collaboration and problem-solving while building effective working relationships.
•    Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
•    Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects and deadlines
•    Manage time well and be self-motivated/self-starter
•    Possess a proactive working style that is both friendly and helpful
•    Attention to detail
•    Strong team player
•    Multi-unit project management is a plus

•    Return To Work Designation: Fully Remote 
•    Travel: 5%
