Purpose of Role

The Senior Analyst, Americas Ecommerce FP&A will be a key member of the Ecommerce organization, providing financial stewardship and analytical support for Under Armour’s Ecommerce business, a ~$360M revenue channel, inclusive of social commerce and other digital growth initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Americas Ecommerce FP&A, this role will own the budget, forecast, and scenario planning for the Ecommerce SG&A expenses, helping to provide insights, drive cost discipline, and enable strategic decision-making. The role will serve as a thought partner to leaders across the Ecommerce organization to manage spending, improve visibility, and drive accountability.  

Your Impact

-    Lead SG&A budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close analyses; lead monthly financial reviews with business partners 
-    Develop and maintain financial models to support headcount planning and expense forecasting 
-    Design, automate, and enhance financial reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
-    Create and submit journal entries during month-end close 
-    Long Term 5YP financial planning
-    Cross functional interaction to ensure alignment to financial targets
-    Ad Hoc analysis and business case generation supporting new investment and business ideas

Qualifications

-    Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
-    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-    Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
-    Expertise in Excel and financial modeling
-    SAP system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
-    Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
-    Commitment to process improvement
-    High Integrity
-    Humble and Hungry
-    Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields
-    3-5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting

Base Compensation

 $80,000.00-$110,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
