Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for an outstanding, high-performing Senior Financial Analyst, Corporate FP&A. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Corporate FP&A and collaborates across the organization to ensure the company achieves its financial & strategic goals. This role is responsible for key global P&L forecast & actuals reporting and partners closely on the broader forecast consolidation process, while supporting advanced financial modeling, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision support. 

Your Impact

•    Partner with the global business units and key leadership to provide visibility to key revenue & gross margin drivers/stories to help drive the company to hit its financial & strategic targets

•    Provide analysis and insights into variances between actual and expected revenue, gross margin, and operating expense results; deliver meaningful storytelling into business performance

•    Drive key management reporting initiatives at Under Armour; creating key templates and tools for a consistent, standardized review of financial data across every part of Under Armour

•    Support preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive leadership reporting packages, including business reviews and performance summaries 

•    Cross-collaborate with partners in Finance, Accounting, Investor Relations, Legal, IT/EDMA teams, etc. 

•    Design, develop, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions using SAP, OneStream, Snowflake, Power Query, and Excel to improve visibility into financial and operational performance.

•    Evaluate and leverage AI-enabled capabilities, including Copilot and other emerging technologies, to improve financial analysis, reporting efficiency, and decision support.

•    Deliver ad-hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

•    Experience in financial modeling and management reporting, preferably in a Corporate/Global capacity as part of a medium/large multinational company
•    Strong knowledge of management reporting best practices, financial reporting, and financial modeling
•    Experience leveraging Power Query and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI; excellent Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills required
•    Proven ability of implementing automation or process optimization initiatives
•    Demonstrated experience of consolidating forecasts, developing financial plans, and supporting executive-level reporting that requires high attention to detail
•    Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to effectively build and manage relationships with cross-functional teammates and business leaders
•    Ability to handle confidential information and to strictly adhere to company policies for information disclosure
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail
•    Collaborator and self-starter who exercises discretion and independent judgement
•    SAP/IBPf and EPM system (OneStream, Oracle, etc) experience preferred 

Education & Experience:
•    B.A. or B.S. from an accredited four-year college or university; ideally in business administration, accounting/finance, or economics
•    3-5 years of relevant experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or Planning.

Base Compensation

 

 $80,000.00-$110,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
