Purpose of Role
The Senior Supply Planner plays a key role in supporting Under Armour’s global business by driving operational excellence across the supply chain. This role leverages dashboards and system tools to optimize inventory management and fill rates, while ensuring cross-functional alignment and process efficiency. The planner will manage purchase orders, capacity planning, coordinate production and shipping for our apparel business. The senior planner will drive solutions and mitigate constraints to build and deliver the right product to the right place at the right time. As a senior planner, the expectation is to also serve as a lead on department projects, understand the technical aspects of UA’s planning systems and how to troubleshoot and root cause issues that arise.
Your Impact
• Manage purchase orders and ensure timely execution across internal and external partners.
• Optimize inventory levels and fill rates to meet global service goals.
• Utilize dashboards and system tools to drive visibility and performance.
• Develop and run reporting to support Open-to-Buy processes and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with Sourcing, Local production teams and internal business partners to create and execute an optimal supply plan.
• Manage production and shipping of apparel for select vendor groups.
• Own relationships with global partners (regional offices, vendors) and serve as a trusted source of supply planning data.
• Collaborate to optimize capacity utilization and ensure accurate planning activities.
• Participate in planning system testing, troubleshoot issues, and document processes.
• Lead training initiatives and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Act as a mentor within the Supply Planning team and a trusted resource for management.
• Present data and insights to all levels of the supply chain, maintaining collaborative relationships. Enhanced global inventory visibility and fill rate performance.
• Streamlined operations through automation and advanced analytics.
• Stronger alignment across global teams and supply chain functions.
• Increased agility in responding to ad hoc business needs and market dynamic
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of Supply Chain experience, including 1–2 years in Supply Planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products; strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Understanding of advanced planning systems and cross-functional system dependencies
• Experience presenting to all levels of the supply chain.
• Ability to operate independently, make informed decisions, and develop innovative tools and processes.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment requiring nimble decision-making and flexible solutions.
• Preferred competencies in data fluency, AI, process automation, and machine learning.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation
$78,074.80 - $107,352.85 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
