Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for driving sales and maximizing Under Armour’s growth on e-Marketplaces(G-market, Coupang, Naver,11st and so on). The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge, execute high-impact promotions, and analyze performance to achieve sales target.
This role will handle both inbound and outbound team sales. The candidate will respond to inbound inquiries from schools, organizations, and other groups while also proactively reaching out to potential customers to generate bulk orders. By managing these B2B/B2C sales opportunities, this role will contribute significantly to the overall e-commerce sales strategy.
Your Impact
e-Marketplace
- Manage and optimize e-marketplace to maximize sales revenue and UA brand presence.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic, revenue and achieve sales target.
- Understand the unique characteristics of each e-marketplace platform and its key decision-makers, formulating tailored sales strategies to maximize performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with e-marketplace partners to negotiate better promotions and sales opportunities.
- Oversee pricing strategies to stay competitive in the e-marketplace landscape while ensuring profitability.
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, including sales, ROI, traffic, and customer feedback, to identify opportunities for growth
Team Sales
- Handle B2B/B2C inquiries from organizations/other groups, providing solutions for bulk orders.
- Proactively conduct outbound sales outreach to target potential bulk-order customers, expanding Under Armour’s B2B sales opportunities.
- Deliver and leverage product knowledge to effectively promote bulk purchases and team sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth inventory management, and successful
- Ensure a seamless customer experience, including product information accuracy, order fulfillment, and post-purchase support.
Qualifications
- Strong sales mindset, with a track record of driving revenue through marketplace optimizations and B2B sales initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with external partners, including e-marketplace reps and B2B clients.
- Experience in e-commerce sales and team sales management is a plus (Not mandatory)
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple sales channels and accounts efficiently.

- Fluent in Korean; English proficiency is a plus for communication with global stakeholders.
Education And/Or Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Fashion, Sports is a plus
- Entry-level or less than 2 years of experience
- Fluent in English proficiency is a plus for communication with global stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (preferred but not mandatory).
