Purpose of Role
As part of the FP&A team, this role supports the end-to-end financial planning cycle including budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting, with a strong commercial focus. The position involves analyzing financial results, preparing reports, and supporting business decision-making through insightful financial data and commentary.
Your Impact
· Participate in the full planning cycle including annual budgeting and rolling forecasts.
· Support development and maintenance of Forecast & Budget templates.
· Assist in preparing monthly performance reports including key financial metrics, variance analysis, and business commentary.
· Analyze actual results versus forecast and budget, identify key variances and underlying business drivers.
· Conduct drill-down analysis and data mining to support business insights and recommendations.
· Prepare ad-hoc financial reports and management presentations to support commercial functions.
· Contribute to financial modeling and scenario analysis for decision support.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· 3–5 years of experience in FP&A or related finance roles.
· Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and advanced Excel skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to collaborate across teams.
