Purpose of Role
This position is responsible for driving business growth through O&O(Owned and Operated) stores in the Korea market and will play a key role in supporting the achievement of brand and business objectives across both Brand House and Factory House. This role ensures that all store processes, systems, and procedures are running efficiently to deliver an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability. The position will oversee the operations of O&O stores, with a particular focus on the retail system and projects. Additionally, the role involves managing O&O's revenue and budget by analyzing KPIs, inventory levels, and sales to ensure alignment with the system, and subsequently reporting to the Retail Operations Team Manager. The operations professional will work closely with store managers and various departments to ensure operational excellence and support overall business goals.
Your Impact
- Oversee Global Retail projects, RFID, FMS, Retail Pro and the stock-take in Retail.
- Maintain regular communication with Under Armour Global and APAC teams,both verbally and in written communication, on a daily basis.
- Manage stock-take and ensure that inventory levels align with the system records.
- Analyze sales figures and KPI to maximize profits and results.
- Manage the WFM(Work Force Management) system for O&O stores in collaboration with HR.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical & organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build partnerships
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization
- Communication skills in both English and Korean
- Must be highly skilled with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years in sports or fashion industry with focus on retail expertise
