Position Summary

This position is mainly responsible for UA Korea eComermce IT analyst including Marketplace. eCommerce related business demand analysis, management to support and enabling Korea eCom business. Extended integrated solution analyst around eCom platform to supporting Korea eCom business to integrated with SFMC, CDP, CRM, Loyalty that bridge with Regional and Global eCom tech team and other external vendor to deliver digital solutions to improve productivity and operation efficiency.    

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end process analyst on eCommerce platforms to support direct sales and ancillary strategy
  • Coordinate with UAK eCom teams on requirements and ensure clear communication on features and alignment with future roadmaps
  • Act as technical translator between Global eCom team and local business users in Korea.
  • Work with Digital Analytics team in enriching data source, improving data quality and drive actionable insights

Internal: UAK eCom Operation, SCM, Finance, APAC/Global eCom Tech, UA Global FMS Team, etc
External: 3rd Party service Provider (HCL, SFA Korea and Certified Agency, LF Logistics, Shopliker,Toss,Naver,KG-Inicis, KaKao, etc

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar industry IT, Digital or eCommerce Platform analyst roles.
  • Solid knowledge and Operational understanding DtC and eCommerce business process and prefer to have technical understanding in areas such as SFCC, SFRA, SFMC eCom Platform. 
  • Strong business process understanding skills with proven records of successful end-to-end business process analysis and documentation.
  • Experience acting as product owners with thorough understanding of agile methodology preferred 
  • Experience in vendor management and demonstrate ability to resolve disagreements
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to build trust and promote collaboration among internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership, resourceful and decisive with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Certified SFCC/SFRA/SFMC preferred.

Education And / Or Experience

  • University degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline : Education level
  • Min 10 years: Years of experience required for related job
  • Fashion(Sports)industry DtC solution delivery experience  preferred : Specific industry experience if any
