Purpose of Role

This position will manage and expand our presence on major eCommerce platforms such as Naver, Kakao, and others. This role will be responsible for managing product assortments, optimizing marketing strategies, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction across multiple channels, with a strong focus on maximizing sales performance. The role will also require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align strategies, streamline operations, and drive overall business growth.

This position offers the opportunity to drive significant growth and contribute to the overall success of the Under Armour eCommerce Marketplace business while strategically positioning the brand for long-term success across digital marketplaces.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize revenue on marketplace platforms (e.g., Naver, Kakao, etc.)
  • Plan and manage product assortment, including channel-specific exclusive products to optimize sales and brand positioning
  • Optimize product listings, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and SA ad, DA strategies
  • Plan and execute content promotions to enhance communication between Under Armour and users, contributing to increased brand awareness and potential sales growth
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply chain to ensure product availability and timely order fulfillment
  • Plan and execute promotions, deals, and seasonal campaigns in collaboration with marketing and merchandising teams
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketplace opportunities
  • Monitor marketplace performance, analyze sales trends, and track key performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, return rates, online ad performance, etc) to drive sales growth
  • Take ownership of developing coordinated product strategies to improve overall user engagement and satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Proven experience of managing eCommerce marketplace platforms, preferably within sports brand, fashion or consumer goods
  • Proactive problem solver with a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, derive insights, and develop actionable strategies
  • Proficiency with analytics tools and eCommerce platform dashboards for performance tracking and optimization
  • In-depth understanding of marketplace trends and consumer buying behavior to drive strategic growth
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluent in both English and Korean; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fashion and/or sports industry experience preferred
  • SAP experience preferred
  • Experience over 3-5 years is a plus (internship experience preferred
