Purpose of Role

As the Consumer Engagement, Senior Professional, you will lead the ideation, development, and execution of compelling brand content strategies that amplify Under Armour’s brand presence across social and digital platforms in Korea. This role is built around storytelling, cultural resonance, and community-driven content that inspires, informs, and converts. You will collaborate cross-functionally to develop content that connects authentically with athletes and consumers while maintaining global brand integrity and local relevance.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute consumer-first content strategies that drive brand engagement and conversion across digital platforms including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Kakao, and owned media.
  • Lead creative development of video, photo, and graphic content that aligns with the brand voice, seasonal campaigns, and local cultural moments.
  • Analyze consumer trends, behavior, and insights to create resonant storytelling formats that connect with core audiences.
  • Work closely with athletes, influencers, and partners to co-create content that delivers authentic narratives and community interaction.
  • Partner with Ecommerce teams to ensure content effectiveness and optimize for engagement metrics (CTR, watch time, shares, etc.).
  • Maintain brand consistency across all content while ensuring local nuance, innovation, and visual excellence.
  • Manage content production timelines, relationships with productions and agencies
  • Collaborate on campaign planning and execution, ensuring seamless content integration across touchpoints.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and cross-functional partners to align on key initiatives, fostering collaboration and synergy to achieve shared goals.
  • Think strategically within defined budgets and available resources to propose creative and effective content solutions.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in content creation, digital engagement, or creative marketing in fashion, sportswear, lifestyle, or agency environments.
  • Proven experience creating and managing successful content across digital and social platforms.
  • Strong storytelling capabilities with an eye for design, culture, and community-led brand engagement.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, with strong hands-on skills in both graphic design and video editing.
  • Hands-on understanding of content performance analytics and digital KPIs.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team, aligning effectively with other departments and partners to drive shared marketing initiatives.
  • Resourceful and solution-oriented mindset, capable of navigating constraints in budget and bandwidth while maintaining content quality and impact.
  • Fluent in Korean and proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Passion for sports, performance, and connecting with modern athletic culture is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field.
