Purpose of Role

This position is responsible for UA Korea eComermce integrated platform (SFCC/SFRA/SFMC) including Marketplace integration. eCommerce related business relationship management, business partnering, project management and new demand management to enabling Korea eCom business. Mainly Korea SPoC(Single Point of Contact) for eCom platform to supporting Korea eCom business and bridge with Regional and Global eCom tech team and other external vendor to deliver digital solutions to improve productivity and operation efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for end-to-end process enhancement on eCommerce platforms to support direct sales and ancillary strategy
  • Coordinate with UAK eCom teams on requirements and ensure clear communication on features and alignment with future roadmaps
  • Act as overall IT Project/Product Owner for Korea and Collaborate with APAC & Global eCom Tech Team for delivery local, regional and Global roadmap aligned with Korea business strategy
  • Responsible in establishing pro-active alert mechanism with IT to provide friction free experience
  • Responsible in establishing performance metrics to optimize eCommerce platform usage and enabling system integration with internal and external source of systems.
  • Work with Digital Analytics team in enriching data source, improving data quality and drive actionable insights

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar industry IT, Digital or eCommerce Platform roles, with minimum 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Solid knowledge and Operational understanding DtC and eCommerce business process and prefer to have technical understanding in areas such as SFCC, SFMC, SFSC, OMS, Loyalty, eCom Platform.
  • Solid Knowledge & experience of data integration flow and architecture.
  • Strong project management skills with proven records of successful end-to-end project implementation
  • Experience acting as product owners with thorough understanding of agile methodology
  • Experience in vendor management and demonstrate ability to resolve disagreements
  • Excellent commercial acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to build trust and promote collaboration among internal stakeholders
  • Take ownership, resourceful and decisive with excellent influencing and interpersonal skills

Education And/Or Experience

  • University degree in Business, Information Technology or related discipline: Education level
  • Min 10 years: Years of experience required for related job
  • Fashion(Sports) industry DTC solution delivery experience preferred: Specific industry experience if any
  • Min 2 years team managerial experience: Leadership/Managerial experience required.
