Purpose of Role
This role leads the overall business growth of Under Armour Korea ’ s official brand site (UA.COM), ensuring that it delivers strong sales performance while reflecting the UA brand’s premium positioning. The position requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of eCommerce, membership, and digital marketing. It plays a key role in aligning business goals with consumer needs across all digital touchpoints.
Your Impact
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales revenue growth by overseeing end-to-end brand site management
- Develop robust business strategies that drive UA.COM member acquisition.
- Advanced capability to balance UA brand value with sales promotion initiatives.
- Utilize retention initiatives for UA.COM member to drive segmented & personalized engagement
- Identify market trends, competitor strategies and apply insights to drive strategic business impact.
- Understand digital platform integration to lead IT or digital transformation projects effectively.
- Plan and optimize UI/UX journeys to reinforce brand site experience.
- Collaborate across departments, leveraging deep insights into the brand ecosystem and departmental functions for aligned execution.
Qualifications
- Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Salesforce, Magento and so on.
- Proven track record of driving online sales and membership growth in a DTC environment.
- Strategic thinking skill with ability to turn market & consumer insights into business execution.
- Knowledge of omnichannel or brand O2O experiences.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Strategic communication skills to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective regional and global collaboration.
Education and/ or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economy, Computer Science or a related field is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital business, preferably within a consumer brand.
- Experience in managing teams with strong leadership, coaching and communication skills.
- Proficient in Adobe/Google Analytics to extract insight and apply to business performance.
- Understanding of SAP ERP systems and eCommerce platforms for seamless business data flow.
- Experience in global or premium brand environments preferred.
- Leadership/Managerial experience required (if applicable)
