POSITION SUMMARY
This position is supporting event manager to responsible for managing events of Under Armour in China. The scope includes event execution, event timeline, production quality, agency management, budget management, etc. all related works which drive the qualified brand experience to all focused performers including media partners, influencers, athletes, and consumers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management
- Develop the accountable project timeline and take responsibility of project management.
- Be responsible for production quality and budget management by projects
- Be responsible for the results of the event survey to make sure the experience is qualified and improved based on the fact.
Cross-team Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with brand and category brand colleagues and cross-function teams on the event execution.
- Communicate with colleagues within the company and external partners.
QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to make the team understand the vision and roll out plans of our projects.
- Mastery of detail management.
- Solid working knowledge of current internet technologies, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, etc.
- Have strong passion for sports, such as running,basketball,football…etc.
- Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English speaking and writing.
- Agency background is acceptable.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience in event or experience marketing.
- Experience composing inspiring and innovative creative and research briefs.
- Many years of experience working in a cross-functional environment and adjusts well to changing circumstances, working well in a busy, deadline-driven dynamic environment.
