Your Impact

1. 40%的合同整理与归档

• 合同按类别进行归档并扫描存档
• 根据合同申请流程审核合同是否批准完成并进行盖章
• 根据经理的指引整理并准备合同统计报表

2. 30%的法律检索与调研

• 根据经理和团队的要求，对法律或实践问题进行法律法规检索、案例检索、信息收集包括电话咨询等，并根据检索结果给出初步法律意见。

3. 20%的文件校对、比对、审核与拟定
4. 10%广告画面、用语、产品详情页审核

Qualifications

要求：

1. 一周至少实习3天，实习期5-6个月及以上为佳
2. 热爱运动行业，希望从事法务相关工作
3. 工作细心耐心，学习能力强，态度积极向上，富有责任心；
4. 本科学历以上，法律专业背景优先
5. 熟练操作办公软件。
6. 英语阅读书写流利，能熟练使用英文沟通。
