Your Impact

  • Lead the development and execution of creative advertising campaigns that engage our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including graphic designers, copywriters, and multimedia artists.
  • Oversee the creative process from concept development to final execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Review and critique creative work, providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to continually innovate and improve creative strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of [5] years of experience in a creative management role, preferably in an advertising agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
  • Strong analytical skills with a creative mindset.
  • Sports and retail industry experience with strong personal interest in sports is preferred
