Purpose of Role

Under Armour Shanghai is looking for a talented professional to join their team in Planning function.  The right candidate will be responsible for pricing for China Mainland business for omni-channels, franchise, retail and ecommerce. As the pricing manager, you will play an integral business partner responsible for supporting the leadership team, working with cross-functional teams, anticipating business issues and driving good decision making.

Your Impact

Bring data and analytics to support pricing decisions, helping to proactively recommend opportunities
•    Support all pricing initiatives including markdown optimization, promotion effectiveness, and setting initial retail prices
•    Coordinate seasonal refresh activities with the Global Pricing team
•    Execute markdown optimization model and all associated processes including identifying articles to mark, article mapping, updating data flows, scenario analysis, and taking further marks
•    Execute promotional effectiveness approach and analytics including promo coefficients and projection models
•    Work with the merchant team and competitor data to review and recommend product initial ticketing price.
•    Work with planning teams to review in-season ASP, discount level and identify business opportunities.
•    Serve data analysis in weekly business meetings and provide executive recapping around business performance.
 

Qualifications

•    Ability to lead strategic projects in a complex business environment
•    Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate findings into actionable solutions and processes
•    Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, scenario/sensitivity analysis
•    Strong presentation skills
•    Team player with demonstrated ability to partner with and influence others
•    Willingness to “do what it takes” to get the job done-done-done, and commitment to challenging the status-quo to make things better
•    High integrity, Humble & Hungry

•    Bachelor’s degree or related work experience, Master a plus
•    3-5 years data analysis experience at an elevated level in consultancy or B2C company is ideal
