POSITION SUMMARY

This position is responsible for end-to-end real-estate agenda for the franchise network: crafting the annual expansion roadmap, negotiating market-beating lease deals, and continuously optimizing store footprint.

Your Impact

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Build annual real estate roadmap that feeds the overall FP expansion strategy
•    Drive negotiations with landlords—location, layout, commercial terms, lease clauses—delivering deals that outperform benchmark profit.
•    Consistently improving the location and space of existing shops inside department store and shopping mall by building up strong network with management of these channels 
•    Regularly review the performance to identify renovation or relocation opportunities.
•    Proactively seek right location of new opportunities by building strong real estate network and negotiate with relevant parties. 
•    Establish and maintain a good relationship with developers. 
•    Lead the RE function and coach the team for development.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)

  • Strong working knowledge of data analysis
  • Fluent of English and Mandarin, both in oral and written form
  • Team player attitude
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to a strong travel schedule, including overnights and weekends (as needed)

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Experience with sports brands and retail industries with excellent landlord relationship in China
