Purpose of Role

The Supervisor of EC Planning is responsible for the planning & execution of distribution and promotional activities for Under Armour products for its channel. This role requires understanding of market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes to effectively allocate resources and maximize ROI. The Professional will work with merchandising, sales, and SCM teams to ensure alignment and drive business growth.

Your Impact

  • Work closely with Channel Merchandising for the seasonal buy, sizing analysis and Flow input.
  • E2E Blue Yonder system operation of seasonal buy.
  • Work out weekly business report and basic analysis on sales performance.
  • Data consolidation for reports and numerical insights required.
  • Inventory leverage across channels to optimize the sell through.
  • Assist the development and management of weekly demand and pricing plans across categories (full price, promotions, markdowns) to ensure alignment with financial and sales targets.​
  • PO delivery tracking and action call out for key campaign delay.
  • Inventory Rolling forecast by inline/Events/Old products to manage the inventory efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Merch Planning, Demand Planning and Allocation.    
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work within a team and support planning initiatives.
  • Experience with data analysis & visualization tools for reporting and insights, preferred with Blue Yonder’s Planning module or similar planning tools.​
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate key data findings to non-technical teams, with guidance, ensuring alignment with broader business goals
