ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Based on overall Under Armour CRM and loyalty strategy, lead retail CRM strategy and execution of all loyalty initiatives (both campaign and lifecycle) for Retail (O&O FP) Stores and WMS/CN channels to drive both brand and business growth
  • In charge of CRM campaign executions and achieve aligned KPIs for brand, product, and commercial related campaign for selected category/channel focus
  • Collaborate with channels, retail marketing team and visual merchandising team to land appealing engagement mechanism and deliver right and innovative offline and online experiences to members in order to drive brand value through membership program
  • Tracking CRM Operation performance by reports, and periodically communicate research results internally with relevant departments; make recommendations to senior management about the implications of alternative sales, marketing, and business development strategies

QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES)

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills to get alignment internally and externally
  • Good understanding about retail industry
  • Coordinate and facilitation skills with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong responsibility and capability to lead work team to deliver result, passionate and willing to work under pressure

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
  • 2+ year of marketing experience in sports/fashion retail environment
  • Experience of leading and executing Marketing campaigns
  • Fluent in English, especially written English
