Short Description
Department: Merchandising& Planning Report Line: Director, Merchandising

Your Impact
- GTM Coordination:
-
- Act as the primary contact for global and regional GTM partners, facilitating communication and alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads (merchandising & planning, commercial, marketing) to develop and implement the China GTM calendar.
- Milestone Management:
-
- Assist the merchandising team in consolidating every milestone deliverable.
- Ensure smooth information flow and timely reception by all relevant departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
-
- Work with marketing, wholesale, visual merchandising (VM), and administration teams to coordinate tradeshow preparations.
- Manage sample arrangements and share deliverables with internal and external franchise partners.
- Data Master:
-
- Serve as the bridge between merchandising and planning, leading junior teammates in generating regular sales reports.
- Be the gatekeeper of category department to make sure data, format, content are consistent and synchronized between categories and user-friendly to receivers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business related discipline
- Fluent in English and Mandarin
- minimum 2-3 years experience. merch operation, GTM, merchandising, planning experience is preferred
- Advanced user of MS office suite of products: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership
- Detail-oriented and proactive approach
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills
- Strong team player
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
