Purpose of Role

Retail Marketing Supervisor is responsible for retail marketing support to enhance brand awareness in retail, being creative in design and ensure high quality execution in all retail channels.

Your Impact

• Work closely With line manager and cross function team in development of retail marketing guidance, like Merchant, Retail, FP and VM, focusing on generating monthly floor set POP, share campaign video, retail activation and seasonal graphics, and some other detail driven marketing stuff.
• Ensure instore key moment promotion activities being executed in a manner of good quality and timely timing under commercial needs, such as CNY, EOSS, BTS promotions etc.
• Work smartly and creatively with agency to come out with well-organized and planned retail content.
• Support line manager in Finance settlements like monthly PO submission, invoice and budgeting follow up.

Qualifications

• 3-4years of marketing related experience, in sports brands or FMCG industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• Proactive, enthusiastic, committed with a “Can do” attitude
• Ability to work in a fast pace, challenging environment
• Work well with diverse/matrixed team
• Proficient at PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other related office software.

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Shanghai office.
