Purpose of Role

• 负责零售门店服务标准的培训，跟踪服务关键指标NPS\MSP，月度报告制作并跟踪门店针对性服务水准提升
• 开发并讲授销售技巧提升课程，协助一线伙伴提升销售技能，促进业务发展
• 负责门店伙伴的专业发展培训，如STAR SA/DOR项目

Your Impact

岗位职责

• 需求分析：了解组织及业务需求，确定适合UA零售门店的培训目标及内容
• 课程设计：合理利用培训资料，选择合适的培训方法及工具，开发适应业务发展需求的课程
• 培训实施：独立高效执行培训计划，根据需求安排各种培训形式
• 效果评估：通过有效的考试、调研、数据跟踪等方式评估培训效果
• 持续改进：结合评估结果，业务及员工发展需求，持续优化培训项目及课程

Qualifications

岗位要求

• 至少3年零售培训/在店带教经验
• 爱运动，持续自我提升
• 具备较强的组织协调、沟通能力

教育背景

• 全日制本科及以上学历
