Purpose of Role
This role is responsible for overseeing the entire process of product launch ensuring high-quality visual content and seamless coordination across teams. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
Your Impact
- Product Management:
- Lead the ecom product process for all e-commerce products, including scheduling, coordination, and execution.
- Ensure all product information (descriptions, specifications, etc.) is accurate and up-to-date.
- Photography & Visual Content:
- Oversee product photography sessions, ensuring high-quality images that align with brand standards.
- Review and approve all product images before they are uploaded to the system.
- Product Page Creation:
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling product pages that drive sales.
- Ensure all pages are optimized for SEO and user experience.
- Channel Coordination:
- Distribute finalized product pages to various channel teams (e.g., marketplaces, social media)
- Maintain clear communication with channel teams to resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and customer service teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Address and escalate any issues that may impact product availability or presentation.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify inefficiencies in the product launch workflow and implement solutions to streamline operations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with basic photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Canva) is a plus.
EXDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms
