Your Impact

Channel Planning
•    Responsible for supporting SAPAC seasonal Buying Targets ($ & Unit) in DTC through partnering with Finance/Commercial/DTC Merchandising/Supply Chain; ensure alignment among Buying Plan, Financial Target, and Inventory Plan with Business strategy directions
•    Analyze and develop the top-down and bottom-up Demand Forecast that deliver impactful financial performance
•    Conduct weekly reviews on forecast accuracy, identify ways to improve the forecast and maintain all supply-related parameters to ensure optimal product availability
•    Dive into sales trends and inventory performance to identify opportunities and risks. Work closely with Allocator and take decisive actions to improve sell-through and inventory efficiency
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to incorporate market insights and business objectives into the demand planning process. Partner with the DTC Merchandising team and adjusting demand plans to reflect seasonality/trends and uplifts due to marketing activities, commercial launch date, product lifecycle changes, category strategy and consumer demand
•    Assist in preparing the monthly inventory rolling forecast and managing the end-to-end inventory liquidation plan.
•    Responsible for buying and forecasting (RDP1 -3) deadlines 
•    Drive the alignment process of RDP vs. Financial Targets (F0 – F4). Review trends in historical sales, forecast accuracy/forecast bias with a goal of progressive continuous improvement
•    Monitor delivery status and call out any opportunity & risk
•    Support the financial targets and strategic initiatives, to fulfill the current and future DTC Merchandising requirements (support of key stories, inventory, SKU efficiency) 
•    Lead analysis of product past performance data and identify missed opportunities and gaps
•    New Store Opening – Support DTC Merchandising/Retail Operation team with SKU/ inventory holding for selection and allocation. 
•    Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize the process and improve inventory turn by implementing strategies to mitigate stockouts and excess inventory while managing in-season and aged inventory
•    Drive continuous improvement in inventory health metrics
•    Support DTC allocator for on-time allocation/replenishment to achieve desired sales, inventory turn and sell-through objectives for the region 
•    Update size curve buy vs historical sales data and make the necessary adjustments to the new season buy
•    Support order placement during seasonal buy cycles including chase buy 

Analysis and System
•    Contribute to the development of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives
•    Provide data-driven insights to drive seasonal demand plan
•    End-of-season sales recaps to impact future buy plan
•    Identify and communicate any other opportunities to improve inventory turn
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
•    2+ years of experience in planning, buying, replenishment, finance or related fields (preferably with a background in apparel and/or footwear retail or wholesale sector)
•    Proficient in Microsoft Excel
•    Proficiency at analyzing and interpreting large amounts of data; attention to detail
•    Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication 
•    Attention to detail, strong problem-solving and analytical skills
•    Strong aptitude with retail math and forecasting methodology
•    Ability to prioritize and organize workload to adhere to product calendar deadlines
•    Strong communication skills and ability to build collaborative partnerships cross-functionally
•    Self-starter, creative, enthusiastic, innovative and collaborative attitude
•    Sense of urgency and accuracy
•    Ability to work in a team environment
