Purpose of Role

The Intern supports the demand planning area for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels that align with merchandising strategy with market demand to optimize product availability and business objectives. 

We will prioritize candidates who are able to commit to a full-time 6-month internship.
 

Your Impact

•    Monitor product performance and identify market needs in view of SKU productivity
•    Mitigate stockouts and excess inventory while managing in-season and aged inventory
•    Supports the demand planning team for the seasonal buying calendar
•    Ensure on-time replenishment/allocations for Dotcom and Marketplaces (Lazada/Shopee)

What Exposures Will You Gain By The End Of The Internship

•    Exposure to the retail landscape and our end-end processes to bring products to end consumers
•    Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience to support seasonal planning for Spring/Sumer 2026
•    How to communicate across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies and preferences.
 

Qualifications

•    Broad understanding and passion for Retail with a strong interest in products
•    Strong aptitude in planning, allocation, and supply chain management
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel
•    Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously, possessing a sense of urgency (excellent time management), and thorough in handling data and numerical information.
•    Takes initiative and can work independently with strong follow-up skills
•    Independent learner who is open to being guided by Seniors & Managers within the organization
•    Team player mindset with communication & collaboration skills

Base Compensation

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
