Purpose of Role
Participate in the daily activities and operations of the Under Armour Distribution House. Perform multiple functions including cycle counting, quality audits, inventory fulfillment, inventory research, and process improvement. Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders.
Your Impact
- Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; sweep, dust and mop
- Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
- Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
- Assist with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas
- Utilize hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
- Use powered equipment to retrieve and place inventory and non-inventory in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
- Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent
- Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification
- 1 year of Inventory Control and/or Quality Assurance experience preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Good communication, organization, time management and mathematic skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently in fast-paced environment
- Be reliable and dependable with very strong integrity
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Process critical thinking and problem solving skills

Must reside within commuting distance of the Sparrows Point, MD facility.

Base Compensation
$20.10-$23.60
