Purpose of Role

We're looking for an innovative and collaborative Lead, Global Supply Chain Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain Analytics team!

In this role you will 
•    Develop and Drive Supply Chain Performance Reporting: Transform enterprise data into actionable insights to optimize supply chain operations.
•    Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Global and Regional teams to ensure consistent data quality and visibility.
•    Utilize Advanced Technologies: Build scenarios using the latest digital twin software to forecast and improve supply chain processes.
•    Support Leadership Decisions: Empower leadership with impactful analytics and decision support.

Your Impact

1.    Develop and Maintain Global Supply Chain Performance Reporting:
•    Enhance Metrics Dashboard: Monitor and improve supply chain efficiency.
•    Ensure Data Quality and Standardization: Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain data quality, and visibility across all regions.
•    Trend Analysis: Provide visibility into trends impacting the supply chain to inform decisions.
•    Expertise in Global Reporting: Serve as the go-to for global reporting of key metrics.
•    Support the evolution of supply chain reporting with the enterprise data team.

 

2.    Empower Supply Chain Decisions:
•    Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities through insightful analytics.
•    Project Support: Assist cross-functional projects with financial modeling and ad-hoc analysis.

 

3.    Supply Chain Scenario Modeling (Digital Twin):
•    Network Modeling: Build network models to test scenarios and inform supply chain planning.
•    Sustainability and Risk Modeling: Assist supply chain stakeholders in evaluating sustainability initiatives and risk factors.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s Degree 
•    4-6 Years of experience in supply chain analytics, or a related role..
•    Experience working with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI), querying large datasets (Tableau, SQL, Python).
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
•    High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.  
•    Ability to work effectively with a diverse group of functional areas.

Workplace Location

•    Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
•    Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation

 $98,329.60 - $135,203.20 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
