Position Summary

Welcome for your chance to apply to the Under Armour Rookie Program! 

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 11 months  you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

Our Rookie Program will commence in Amsterdam in September 2021 through to July 2022. 

A few criteria notes: 

  • You must be based in Amsterdam for the duration of the program. 
  • You must hold an EU Citzenship.
  • Must be enrolled in a Study. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

This is a great opportunity to work with all levels of the organization supporting the business to achieve its objective of becoming a data driven company. Our agile environment requests everyday data evaluation and End-to-End performance tracking of our Commercial business, to be able to react to changes and trends, as well as detect risks and opportunities. You will turn performance data into actionable insights and drive marketplace point-of-sale performance visibility. Focus on central projects and tool building/management.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Work cross-functionally on central reporting projects
  • Automatization of tools: Transference of tools into automated BI system, build base for ‘only-source-of-truth’
  • Manage cross-POD Strategic Projects (e.g. performance dashboards), forward-looking trend tools, and all central tools for supporting functions
  • Deep dives into categories / brand marketing performance / demand peaks to support the prospective and performance-driven approach of a suitable assortment

Education And / Or Experience

Understanding of retail business
Microsoft Excel skills required

Other Requirements

Applicants with experience in business administration, economics, statistics, sport, IT, consumer insights or retail industry welcome.
