ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement a people data strategic roadmap to evolve the organization along analytics maturity curve
- Build a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the Global HR organization measuring key HR metrics & data points. Coordinating the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technologies, and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency
- Design, develop and create complex dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR, business leaders and key partners (Finance, Legal)
- Conduct analyses to identify trends, determining root cause of problems and determining solutions to manage them and that drive effective business decisions
- Go beyond the numbers to extract key insights and stories from data to measure progression and communicate these insights and stories to key HR and business stakeholders
- Manage various analytics projects and collaborate within HR and cross-functional partners (Finance, IT, Legal)
- Provide coaching to HR team members and key partners on interpretation of data to advance the use of analytical thinking and data- driven decision making
- Develop a culture of learning to build data-driven, story-telling capability across the organization
- Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure that systems and data catalogs align to the analytical and data reporting needs
QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES:
- Demonstrated success acting as a strategic thought partner and innovator of new analytical techniques
- Ability to connect and blend different data sources utilizing Microsoft Power BI or comparable technology.
- Ability to enhance or resolve issues with existing Microsoft Power BI reports.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- BA/BS in quantitative field required
- At least 8 years of experience in data analysis
- Experience partnering with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions that support business needs.
- Experience developing SuccessFactors reporting solutions or comparable technology.
- Strong experience identifying which HR data and metrics should be leveraged to support business needs and gain insight.
- Demonstrated experience developing data models with Microsoft Power BI languages DAX and M.
- Demonstrated experience developing HR reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience identifying improvements in processes and enhancing the efficiency of report delivery models and reporting functionality.
