POSITION SUMMARY 

The Under Armour Team continues our digital HR transformation where data drives decisions that create value across the enterprise. We are looking for our next teammate with passion and vision to guide us though this journey, while bringing the technical skills to allow this vision to come to life. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement a people data strategic roadmap to evolve the organization along analytics maturity curve
  • Build a foundation of analytical capabilities throughout the Global HR organization measuring key HR metrics & data points. Coordinating the design, development and implementation of analytical tools, technologies, and business solutions that improve HR and business decisions and that drive operational efficiency
  • Design, develop and create complex dashboards, reports, presentations and visual aids designed to educate, inform and influence the decisions of HR, business leaders and key partners (Finance, Legal)
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends, determining root cause of problems and determining solutions to manage them and that drive effective business decisions
  • Go beyond the numbers to extract key insights and stories from data to measure progression and communicate these insights and stories to key HR and business stakeholders
  • Manage various analytics projects and collaborate within HR and cross-functional partners (Finance, IT, Legal)
  • Provide coaching to HR team members and key partners on interpretation of data to advance the use of analytical thinking and data- driven decision making
  • Develop a culture of learning to build data-driven, story-telling capability across the organization
  • Partner closely with HR Operations to ensure that systems and data catalogs align to the analytical and data reporting needs

QUALIFICATIONS: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES:

  • Demonstrated success acting as a strategic thought partner and innovator of new analytical techniques
  • Ability to connect and blend different data sources utilizing Microsoft Power BI or comparable technology. 
  • Ability to enhance or resolve issues with existing Microsoft Power BI reports.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • BA/BS in quantitative field required
  • At least 8 years of experience in data analysis
  • Experience partnering with HR and Finance teams to gather requirements and develop reporting solutions that support business needs. 
  • Experience developing SuccessFactors reporting solutions or comparable technology.
  • Strong experience identifying which HR data and metrics should be leveraged to support business needs and gain insight. 
  • Demonstrated experience developing data models with Microsoft Power BI languages DAX and M.
  • Demonstrated experience developing HR reporting solutions using Microsoft Power BI.  
  • Experience identifying improvements in processes and enhancing the efficiency of report delivery models and reporting functionality.
