Purpose of Role
Under Armour is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and self-motivated individual to join our fastpaced North America Team Division. This role is pivotal in driving our Men's, Women's, and Youth businesses across accessories, apparel, footwear, and uniforms with Key Team Sports Customers. The position involves selling our brand strategy and leading cross-functiona teammates within the Team Sports Division.
As a leader in this role, you will collaborate closely with internal partners from Product, Brand Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, and Planning. Your efforts will ensure Under Armour products are strategically positioned at BSN Sports and Game One Sports, driving sales and crafting
compelling brand stories in the market.
Your Impact
• Cultivate and manage robust account relationships at all organizational levels of these key customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Drive sales growth and optimize sell-through in targeted product categories within the Team Sports channel.
• Manage the newly formed licensing agreement with BSN Sports by tracking sales, ensuring product consistency, optimizing process efficiency, and increasing market share.
• Develop and implement a compelling sales vision and execution plan with cross functional teams in the GTM Process ensuring seamless collaboration that powerfully connects Under Armour with consumers, aligning with our brand voice across all distribution points.
• Partner with senior leadership in Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Planning, and Sales management to build a cohesive product strategy and vision that aligns with market demands and brand messaging.
• Communicate effectively with upper management and provide consistent sales updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews with VPs and regional managers, actively engaging with the BSN team in the field. Focus on understanding market dynamics, identifying district deal opportunities, and tracking performance against growth targets and minimums. Ensure effective communication and collaboration to drive strategic initiatives and optimize market presence.
• Create consistent communication and messaging from the field to leadership at both Under Armour and the customer, ensuring alignment and clarity.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Extensive experience (min 5+ years) in sales management, preferably within the sports apparel or related industry.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth, with vast focus on sales, margin, and inventory turn.
Skills and Competencies
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and develop a sales team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams leading to strong relationships internally and externally.
• Negotiation: Skilled in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Customer Relationship Management: Proficiency in CRM software and techniques.

Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
- Work Schedule: Remote or Hybrid 3x. For Hybrid 3x roles: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation
$109,230.00 - $150,191.80 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
