Purpose of Role
The Sr. Account Manager will focus on driving UA’s Outdoor Category Business with Bass Pro Shops. This position will be responsible for executing our selling strategies and partnering with cross functional teammates within this channel. Working closely with internal cross-functional partners from Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Planning -- this teammate will help ensure Under Armour products are powerfully positioned to drive sales and compelling storytelling for the brand.
Your Impact
• Manage all aspects of the accounts business including but not limited to product presentations, assortment planning, and order bank management.
• Partner with cross functional internal teams in Go-To-Market planning and execution on a seasonal basis
• Develop, maintain, and manage account relationships at all levels.
• Build long-term strategy for growth in partnership with Sales Director
• Accurate forecasting of future seasonal revenue
• Communicate to leadership weekly/monthly reporting of sales vs. forecast to include market trend and competitive insights.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive the authenticity and connection of Under Armour to consumer “athletes” across North America
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with typically 10 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or typically 14 years of relevant experience without degree.
• Typically 3 - 5 years of management experience; or equivalent experience as the subject matter lead or expert in area of expertise.
• Sales experience within sporting goods (preferably outdoor apparel/footwear industry), consumer goods or consulting industries
• High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• A proven track record in commercial achievements
• A sincere and contagious passion for building the Under Armour brand
• Smart, creative, disciplined and driven.

Base Compensation
$133,230.40-$166,538.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
