Purpose of Role
The Manager of Account Management will be responsible for providing the business growth with retail leadership in Korea market and will play critical role in achieving UA(Under Armour) brand and business goals with FP(Franchise Partners). This role will drive execution of brand stories across all consumer touch points and effectively lead and manage the FP business to achieve sustainable revenue growth executing brand direction and marketplace management excellence. This role will develop fleet plan within FP channel in UA, and drive marketplace transformation by optimizing fleet as well as by accelerating Seoul Attack strategy. This role will also lead diverse teams & cultures within UA and Partners(= Accounts) with 'Win as one team' mindset.

Internal: Merchandising, Finance, SCM(Supply Chain Management), E-commerce, Marketing, HR, Legal, IT
External: Partners, Channel Buyers
Your Impact
- Drive UA’s strategic priorities to achieve sustainable revenue growth
- Consistently monitor competitive landscape and activity as front facing member of organization and proactively develop solutions
- Contribute to the development of the Partners’ long-term, annual and seasonal plans based on an understanding of the Partners’ consumer base
- Work with cross-functional teams and Partners to ensure sales, margin and inventory turn goals are achieved on a seasonal basis
- Direct the GTM(Go-To-Market; Seasonal sell-in) process with team members during Pre-season, In-season and Post-season
- Drive Gross to Net performance and sell through by responding to opportunities for replenishment, and driving healthy cancellations and returns
- Track performance and profitability of the Partners’ business through quarterly reviews with Partners, and co-develop action plans with Partners and cross-functionally to improve performance
- Provide exceptional service to our Partners by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key Partner personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (ideally in Business Administration)
- 10+ years in sports or fashion industry with focus on retail expertise
- Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
- Valid driver license and clear driving record
- Successful leadership of a retail brand with track record of driving growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a cross-functional teams in communicating vision & purpose
- Strong time management skills
- Experience being comfortable with ambiguity, change and conflict
- Ability to present a professional and informative presentations to internal and external audiences
- Communication skills in both English and Korean
- Knowledge of Retail Math (Sales KPIs, Margin, Inventory turn etc.)
