Purpose of Role
This role leads the overall business growth of Under Armour Korea’s official brand site (UA.COM), ensuring that it delivers strong sales performance while reflecting the UA brand’s premium positioning. The position requires strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of eCommerce, membership, digital marketing, and data analytics. It plays a key role in aligning business goals with consumer needs across all digital touchpoints.
Your Impact
- Develop and execute business strategies that drive overall digital revenue growth and UA.COM member acquisition
- Establish and execute promotional strategies that balance UA brand value while driving strong commercial results on UA.com
- Achieve sales revenue growth by leading end-to-end brand site operation, including daily performance monitoring and proactive action planning
- Utilize retention initiatives for UA.COM members to drive segmented & personalized engagement
- Facilitate and implement digital platform integration initiatives by collaborating closely with APAC/Global teams to advance digital transformation
- Utilize marketing tools to execute data-driven and automated initiatives across the customer journey
- Analyze customer journey performance to generate actionable insights and drive continuous optimization
- Collaborate across departments, leveraging deep insights into the brand ecosystem and departmental functions for aligned execution.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of driving online sales and membership growth in a DTC environment.
- Experience in planning and executing promotional/campaign strategies in an eCommerce environment
- Experience in data analysis and performance optimization across the customer journey
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills for effective regional and global collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economy, Computer Science or a related field is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in eCommerce or digital business, preferably within a consumer brand.
- Experience with enterprise eCommerce platforms (such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, etc.) and familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS).
- Proficient in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics (GA4) extract insight and apply to business performance.
- Good understanding of SAP ERP systems and eCommerce platform integrations for seamless end-to-end business data flow.
