Purpose of Role

Work close with Ecommerce Tmall and JD channel Sr Manager to manage agency and communicate with function teams and platforms for routine Under Armour Content, Live streaming and CRM to maximum Tmall and JD recommended traffic effectiveness and achieve Tmall and JD sales / profitability target.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for content planning for Tmall and JD channels, leading agency to produce short videos that align with product selling points, maximizing platform public recommendation traffic, while also helping to improve product conversion.
  • Responsible for Tmall and JD channel's private domain content, including Dingyue, Group chat, Exclusive customer service aligned with campaign cadence, new product launch, key products, trending topics, etc., to produce private domain content that reaches store consumers.
  •  Manage Store live streaming and KOL live streaming projects to increase store fans and the revenue contribution, including management of store live streaming target setting and tracking, duration, mechanism, and key products, etc.
  • Lead agency to collaborate with cross function partners to complete the page planning, floor logic, page launch and CRM for both Tmall and JD platforms.
  • Complete other duties assigned by line manager.

EDUCATION AND/ OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • 5+ years of working experience, with minimum 3 years’ experience of either marketplace channel management or content management.
  • Product management experience is a plus.
